Welcome to the Zento Room

The Zento treatment room (Zento means "the beginning of a journey in Japanese") offers a range of relaxing or invigorating spa treatments including body wraps, massages and facials as well as a range of beauty treatments for women and for men. It is a place where the stresses of everyday life can be wiped away by the talents of one of our trained therapists.

Although there are occasionally times when appointments are unnecessary, it is HIGHLY ADVISABLE to book treatments in advance. Opening times are 10.00am to 5.00pm, 7 days a week.

Occasionally special offers exist which combine spa treatments with accommodation and dinner. See our SPECIAL OFFERS page for more information

I would just like to say a massive Thank you for the amazing hen weekend i have had. The service and hospitality were outstanding. From Sharon coming out to meet us when we arrived to the lighting of the lanterns, every tiny detail just made the whole weekend amazing.
I would just like to say that the meal saturday night was perfect and the presentation was amazing!
The treatments were just perfect and zoe was so helpful and friendly.
Everyone helped us to relax and enjoy our stay at Boscundle Manor and i would just like to say a massive thank you for making my hen weekend exactly as i imagined it.

I was enormously impressed with the attention to detail shown by the organisers of our package from the lovely welcome message at the door to the candles by the pool and complimentary helium balloons beautifully colour coordinated with our table in the evening. All the staff during our visit were enormously helpful and our lovely hostess in the evening had just the right balance of helpfulness and discretion (sorry I've forgotten her name). Ian was even polite and friendly when he asked us so politely to move into the bar as we were disturbing guests upstairs. The food was splendid - both tasty and beautifully presented. The setting was stunning. All members of the party who hadn't previously visited commented on the sophistication of the venue. The only drawback commented on by a few of our party was the lack of changing facilities available after our day in the pool and hot tub. We would have liked it to have been more convenient to change and prepare hair and make up for the evening. Also on a personal note, I would like to thank you for all your assistance with what was not always as straightforward a booking as i would have liked it to be. At no point did you sound irritated or flustered by our constant changes to the booking.

Had a great day, the facilities were great as was the food and our waitress was really helpful, making sure that we were well looked after. I would recommend the Boscundle to others and it would be great to go back for a treat another time.

Treatments wonderful as was the food, generally I thought the staff were helpful and professional!

Every 2-3 months a group of 4 local mums take some time out from everyday stresses and book a spa break. We always stay local to Cornwall and have tried out a few different locations now!
Our most recent break was at Boscundle Manor. All 4 of us agreed that up until now, this has been the best experience. From the moment I called to enquire to the moment we arrived, we received nothing but fantastic customer service.
We had booked spa treatments prior to our arrival and Vicky had kindly agreed to stay later to make sure we all had our chosen treatments! Every one of us agreed that the moment we walked into the treatment room we felt calm and relaxed. Normally I would always choose to have a massage but this time I opted for the Spezia Relax & Rejuvenate Uplifting Facial and I am so glad I did!!
This has to be one of the most relaxing treatments I have ever had - I didn't want it to end!!! Everyone agreed that their treatment was amazing and the day was enhanced by lounging round the pool and relaxing in the hot tub!!!
Our accommodation and meal in the restaurant were excellent - there was nothing we could fault. The girl on reception (can't remember her name - sorry!!) was so helpful and accommodating - nothing was too much hassle.
Overall we had a fantastic experience, made even better that we didn't have to travel outside of Cornwall!!! I would not hesitate to recommend Boscundle Manor both to local friends and also friends and family travelling to Cornwall.
